The conference will take place at Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), Nigeria, and is hosted by the NSUK–JAC International Center for Medical Geology Research under the auspices of the International Medical Geology Association (IMGA) and the Nigerian Mining & Geosciences Society (NMGS).

The scientific programme brings together researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and students to discuss the role of medical geology in addressing environmental health challenges across Africa and beyond. Topics include environmental geochemistry, exposure pathways, risk assessment, public health, mining impacts, and sustainable resource management.
