Dear IEHSC Colleagues, Students, and Members,

On behalf of the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health (IJERPH), we are pleased to share an excellent opportunity for early-career researchers interested in contributing to the scientific publishing community.

The journal is currently accepting applications for its Early Career Editorial Board (ECEB). This initiative aims to engage promising researchers in the editorial process while supporting their professional development and increasing their academic visibility.

Eligibility

Applicants should:

  • Have completed their Ph.D. within the past 10 years (exceptions may be considered for career interruptions, including medical or family leave);
  • Demonstrate significant research achievements in environmental research, public health, or related fields;
  • Be committed to contributing to the development of the journal;
  • Be actively involved in the scientific community through conferences, professional organizations, or similar activities.

Responsibilities

Early Career Editorial Board Members are expected to:

  • Promote the journal within their academic networks;
  • Review at least four manuscripts per year;
  • Support journal initiatives and outreach activities;
  • Contribute to the promotion of high-quality research;
  • Encourage manuscript submissions from leading researchers in their fields.
