The application deadline for the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health (IJERPH) Travel Award is approaching. This award provides financial support for winners to attend an international conference in environmental and public health sciences, to be held in 2026, to give a presentation, present a poster, or both.

Number of awards: 2 (PhD students or postdoctoral fellows)
Award amount: CHF 500 and a certificate (each winner)
Application deadline: 29 November 2025
Winners announced: 27 February 2026

Eligibility

• •  Postdoctoral fellows or PhD students.
  •  Plans to attend an international conference in 2026 (oral presentation or poster).

Required Application Documents

• • Information about the conference you plan to attend and the abstract to be submitted.
  •  Curriculum vitae and list of publications.
  •  Justification letter describing the focus of the research (max. 800 words).
  •  Letter of recommendation from the supervisor, research director, or department head, confirming your status as a postdoctoral fellow/PhD student.
